I am a trained and certified Mediator. I bring over 30 years of combined experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and human resources management to my business to serve you. I have a National Professional Certification in Mediation from the National Association of  Certified Mediators,  a Masters' degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors of  Science degree from the University of Tennessee.  I have served as an officer for several volunteer community organizations, including serving as a Guardian Ad Litem for children in foster care in Cabarrus County, NC.

It became a personal goal to become a Mediator  after I was inspired by the Mediator during my personal divorce mediation session. I was so impressed with the Mediator that handled our case, and how she helped us see beyond our emotions and 'got to get you attitudes', to come to an amicable agreement to settle. As a Corporate Human Resources Director, I had the opportunity to work alongside our company attorney in numerous mediations sessions involving former employees, including but not limited to: wrongful terminations, harassment claims, timecard complaints, employee/employee disputes, and employee/employer disputes. These cases confirmed my desire to become a Mediator and to decide on my business name as,  "i-Resolve Mediation Group, LLC". I want each of my clients to feel comfortable during our mediation sessions, to be honest and open, and to be able to say after the session, "I Resolved"- my dispute by reaching an unanimous agreement and resolution to our conflict."
